We offer cleaning to office based companies and peoples homes, decided to offer exterior window cleaning also but have now changed our minds and we wish to sell the van and system or just the system...we won't sell the van without the system going first. The van is a LWB Vauxhall Vivaro, which is an ex British Gas fleet van and has done 190,000 motorway miles. British Gas really looked after it and there's a full service history. It's a great runner, no dents, no leaks. The floor has a protective waterproof coating down that cost £500. It is restricted to 70mph. It has security locks on the side and rear doors with two keys. There are two new central locking keys with the van. It is alarmed. We have the log book. Long MOT. So, we have an ionics 600ltr, cold only pure waterfed pole system purchased in March 2015 that cost £3840 inc VAT. It is not split charged. There's a 21ft grafter pole, a bag of resin, tds meter and a 100m hose on a wheeled reel. Some important info: I was quoted £1600 to have this system split charged. To purchase a 45ft swift plus pole £900 To purchase a 80ft swift plus pole £3000 Upgrade to hot water £3000 There is still over £8000 to pay if we wanted all of the above, which we do not. We want £7000 for van and system but are open to offers, no VAT to pay.
